It could be particularly effective in Korea. Since discovering Iherb, I have been using various supplements for ADHD and fatigue. Ornithine has helped me significantly with my fatigue. Although I do not indulge in alcohol, my liver felt quite fatigued. I sleep longer after taking it before bed, waking up refreshed.
